"• Implementation experience on Salesforce.com. • Good business knowledge of Salesforce Automation • Additionally, experience on service process automation and call centre solutions good to have. • Good development experience on Visualforce, apex and integration to other third party solution. • CRM domain knowledge preferred for SSE and TL candidates • Dev 401/501 certification added advantage As a part of client delivery, CANDIDATE is responsible for all SDLC relevant stages for an application/module(s). • CANDIDATE is expected to have expertise in architecture & design of the underlying platform, good understanding of SW quality proceCandidates and knowledgeable about the domain/industry. • CANDIDATE works as individual contributor and grooms/helps junior members of the team. He also participates in implementation and testing of the application/module(s).
