· 4 to 6 & 7 to 10 years of overall experience with minimum 3
years in implementing custom CRM solutions with Salesforce.com.
· Must have at least DEV 401 certification.
· Experience designing and developing
integrations from Force.com to upstream and downstream applications using
Force.com API(s)
· Experience deploying web based and enterprise
systems using industry standard environments including XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS,FTP,
JavaScript,
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
for driving strategic initiatives through large and diverse organizations
· Understand business processes of Sales,
Marketing and Service in order to provide technical solutions for business
problems. Have ownership of the solution from end to end and be responsible for
architecting and documenting a technical solution based on project requirements
and industry best practices
· DEV 502 certification will be Ideal
· Experience in developing enterprise systems
using Microsoft technologies : .NET, SQL, C#, WCF, LINQ, MVC, IIS
· Good understanding of systems interfacing with
Salesforce.com, Eloqua, data.com, Informatica
· experience guiding delivery teams

Responsibilities:
· Architect with functional and technical
knowledge on Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud) and Force.com platform
· Hands-on development experience in
Force.com(Apex, Visualforce), integration with other enterprise applications
and salesforce.comecosystem
applications
· Lead technical phases of projects including
problem definition, analysis, solution conceptualization, design, and
development & testing activities on CRM projects to ensure high quality
technical implementations.
· Solid understanding of IT systems including
system design, Object Oriented Design, databases and programming concepts
especially Web Services.
Experience: 4 to 6 & 7 to 10 Years of experience in
SFDC, Apex, Visualforce, API’s, Javascript, HTML, JQuery, Web Services &
DEV 401 certification
Qualification: BE / Btech / ME / Mtech / MS / MCA / MSc
