Salesforce Lead (A3)
6+ years of total experience
3+ years of experience in Salesforce.com Design and Development.
2+ years working as BA.
Candidate must have completed at least 2 Salesforce Implementations successfully.
Must have Salesforce.com DEV401 or ADM201 Certification.
Sales Cloud Consultant Certification is preferred.
Proven ability to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services.
Proficiency in SOQL, HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, Java or C#, SOAP-based web services.
Familiarity with Outbound Messaging implementation is a plus.
Must have Object Oriented Development Skills (Java, .Net)
Knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies, SOA design principles would be preferred.
Familiarity with Integrated Development Environments such as Eclipse.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively work in team environment with varying skill set levels.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Work with the functional owners to gather & understand requirements, and subsequently translate for development & support teams
Evaluate each requirements and suggest alternatives solution if requirement cant be met due to SFDC Limitation
Lead weekly Monday call with Business & IT Team
Coordinate and assist Support team Members with issues if any during the different phases of the project
Provide weekly status report and vendor project / leadership team to attend monthly status meeting with GE Project Management Team during the project execution.
Keep track of all issues raised and resolved during the project execution.
Coordinate support for Salesforce.com escalated tickets by vendor contract, ticket triage with escalations to GE manager where SLAs are not being met.
Document all queries and address to GE Project Manager.
Write technical approach and design documentation supporting business needs.
