An exciting opportunity to join the Prime Services – Salesforce and Presentations team who will act as an support function within Prime services team and provides support to global business heads by performing various  aspects of document/presentation using advanced functions in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Adobe.

As part of the role you would require to  administer all aspects of the document/presentation production process including:
Efficiency to understand the instructions conveyed by owner of the job and generate output accordingly.
Ability to apply creative layout solutions to presentation slides from the given markups/handouts.
Maintaining high quality standards by proofing work for errors, consistency and adherence to CS standard formats.
Advising the job heads on various alternatives which will enhance the look and feel of presentation and be in constant dialogue with them regarding changes if any.

Technical/job specific skills required such as:
High degree of computer literacy with advanced skills in MS, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, knowledge of Adobe and Outlook
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy; comfort with data/numbers
Demonstrated strength and experience creating graphs
Superior organization skills; excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
