Desired Experience Range 5 years
Location of Requirement Hyderabad
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have:
-3+ yrs experience in Salesforce.com application development (Apex, Visualforce and Web Services Integration)
-Capable of operating independently and lead a small team.
-Understanding user requirement
-Good Knowledge of any RDBMS, SQL
-Experience in performing Data Migration from legacy system to Salesforce.com with knowledge of Data Mapping.
-Integration Knowledge with Legacy Systems
-Design Documentation experience
-Very good Communication skills
Good-to-Have:
-Extensive Integration experience on Salesforce.com platform (Real time and batch integration)
-Familiarity of AppExchange market place and Knowledge of installing AppExchange applications
-Knowledge of any ETL Tool like WebSphere, Tibco, Informatica
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
1 Lead a team of 4 -5 developers
2 Requirements Study of new development /enhancements
3 Development of new Force.com Pages, Integration with Legacy System, Creation of custom reports, Data Migration.
4 Enhancement / trouble shooting of existing system
