Salesforce Lead - Hyderabad

1. Functional experience requirements
a. Extensive implementation experience in SalesForce Service Application
b. Experience of conducting business requirement and prototyping workshops with Business users to support tailoring of Salesforce.com applications
c. Excellent understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC Sales and/or Service Cloud
2. Skill requirements
a. Proven ability to map the business requirements to salesforce.com to define a scalable
solution
b. Should have experience in SFDC methodology IN ADDITION to standard software development
lifecycle agile methodology
c. Full lifecycle experience to develop applications on Force.com Platform
d. Strong Visual force and Apex code knowledge
e. Advanced programming experience with Visual Force, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers and APEX Web services is required
f. Comfortable using the SalesForce.com Eclipse IDE for development
g. Excellent knowledge of SalesForce APIs and hands-on experience integration with ERP applications, Google apps, building Reporting dashboards.
h. Experience with Eclipse and SFDC data migration tools and ETL applications
i. SFDC certification 401 is must and 501 is highly desirable
j. Must have excellent oral and written communication. Should be a confident communicator at all levels of organization as well as with the stakeholders

3. Good to Have Expertise
a. Solid programming abilities in one or more of the following languages: Java, C#, Ruby, .NET and
JavaScript.
b. Strong AJAX web application development experience and knowledge of browser compatibility issues.
c. Previous experience with object-oriented programming language such as Java or C#
d. Good understanding of Internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, web proxy servers, etc.
e. Should have client exposure in managing daily and weekly calls.
