Job description:
Responsibilities
1.Responsible for building JBara’s flagship product on Force.com platform
Build products on Force.com platform that:
Is well beyond the simple declarative model of Force.com and fully utilizes the platform capabilities
2.Leverages the asynchronous programing models in Salesforce.com including Batch Apex, Scheduled processes etc.
3.Innovative approaches deliver complex functionality yet operate well under the Salesforce.com governor limits
4.This role is primarily focused on the server-side development of business logic and will interface with our UI Development team to construct the user interfaces

 Desired Skills:

5+ years of experience with:
 1. Strong experience with any major programming languages such as Java, C# etc
 2. Good experience with OOP / OOAD principles, data structures, algorithms and design patterns, Of which 2+ years of experience with developing products on Force.com, with experience on Force.com design patterns
3.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com Governor limits and developing the functionality that will make an optimal use of these platform limits
4. Strong experience with Batch Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules etc.
 5. Experience in developing API (SOAP, REST and BULK) on Force.com platform
6. Experience in developing UI by utilizing modern JavaScript libraries instead of the Force.com controls
7. Experience with Force.com design patterns and data modeling best practices is a strong plus
8. Good understanding on Force.com security model including profiles, roles, field-level security etc.
 9.Experience in developing Reports and Dashboards using Force tools is a plus
