Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Customize Salesforce.com page layouts, fields, tabs, and business processes
• Maintain and create workflows and approval processes within Salesforce.com
• Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce page and triggers.
• Setting up Single Sign On with on premise and Cloud Applications.
• Salesforce Mobile 1, Connected Apps, Email Services, Creating custom applications from scratch.
• Assist with bulk imports and exports of data into Salesforce.com using Apex Data Loader. 
• Maintain user roles, security, profiles, etc.
• Coordinate upgrades, new system implementations, integration, etc.
• Assist in the resolution of technical support cases.
• Design and build custom objects in Salesforce.com.
• Integrate AppExchange applications within Salesforce.com organization.
• Work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce.com.
• Proactively seek to improve day-to-day efficiency and automate activities wherever possible.
• Write technical documents for complex implementations for internal and external customers.
• Exp : 0-2 years hands on experience configuring and developing Salesforce.com applications.
