Duties and Responsibilities 

• Own design and development of project deliverables.
• Designs and builds click-based solutions for business processes using Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Works directly with clients to lead small projects.
• Works with technical team members to manage communication between custom applications and click-based solutions.
• Building custom solutions using Salesforce.com configuration and customization.
• Involved from start of the project all the way through the deployment and will actively participate in requirements gathering, design, development, validation/testing and deployment of the project.
• Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members.
