1. Experience of having led Large SFDC.com implementation for enterprise customers
2. Expert level on Apex programming & Triggers, Visual Force pages, Data migration into SFDC, SOQL & SFDC Reporting, Salesforce Administration
3. Certified – Developer 401
4. Technical Solution Design, SFDC Integration Experience in multiple projects
5. At least 4-6Years of experience of which 3 years to be on Salesforce.com
